Abstract

Заявляемая в качестве изобретения микрооптическая система формирования изображений для визуального и инструментального контроля подлинности изделий относится, преимущественно, к приспособлениям, используемым для удостоверения подлинности изделий, и может быть эффективно использована для защиты от подделки акцизных марок, нотариальных, правоустанавливающих, товаросопроводительных, исполнительных документов и ценных бумаг, а также различных товаров народного потребления. Микрооптическая система согласно изобретению представляет собой плоский отражающий фазовый оптический элемент, формирующий в белом свете при малых углах дифракции линейный или двумерный бар-код. При больших углах дифракции микрооптическая система формирует другое цветное изображение для визуальной идентификации подлинности изделия. При освещении когерентным светом микрооптическая система формирует в плоскости, параллельной плоскости оптического элемента, изображение для инструментального контроля. Совокупность существенных признаков изобретения обеспечила достижение технического результата, заключающегося в повышении надёжности контроля защищаемых с его помощью изделий за счёт получения легко контролируемого визуального эффекта, а также возможности инструментального контроля микрооптической системы в когерентном свете. Реализация микрооптической системы формирования визуальных изображений возможна с использованием существующего стандартного оборудования.The invented micro-optical imaging system for visual and instrumental control of the authenticity of products relates primarily to devices used to authenticate products, and can be effectively used to protect against forgery of excise stamps, notarial, title, shipping documents, executive documents and papers, and also various consumer goods. The micro-optical system according to the invention is a flat reflecting phase optical element that forms a linear or two-dimensional bar code in white light at low diffraction angles. At large diffraction angles, the micro-optical system forms another color image for visual identification of the authenticity of the product. When illuminated with coherent light, the micro-optical system forms an image for instrumental control in a plane parallel to the plane of the optical element. The set of essential features of the invention ensured the achievement of the technical result, which consists in increasing the reliability of control of the products protected with it by obtaining an easily controlled visual effect, as well as the possibility of instrumental control of the micro-optical system in coherent light. The implementation of a micro-optical imaging system is possible using existing standard equipment.
