Внутри клапана в проходном сечении, установлен подвижный груз фиксированного веса, с помощью которого регулируется перепад давления. Вес груза при необходимости может регулироваться установкой или снятием дополнительных регулировочных шайб, для чего в верхней части подвижного груза предусмотрен выступ в виде штока и гайка для закрепления шайб. Универсальный газогидравлический клапан поддерживает настроечную разность давлений с высокой точностью вне зависимости от скачков давления в сети. Клапан может использоваться в качестве регулятора разности давлений потока газа либо жидкости; в качестве запорного, обратного клапана. Клапан может использоваться также в качестве аварийного клапана, при превышении заданного давления направляющего поток через сбросной патрубок в дренажный трубопровод. Клапан может использоваться также в качестве дозирующего клапана, способного плавно менять расход либо ступенчато менять расход с заданным шагом в зависимости от давления.The invention relates to the field of fluid regulators, in particular to in-line adjustable regulators, and can be used in various fields of technology to regulate the differential pressure of the fluid flow with high accuracy, as well as a shut-off valve, an emergency valve, and for metering flow fluid medium. The universal gas-hydraulic valve maintains the adjusting pressure difference with high accuracy regardless of pressure surges in the network. The valve can be used as a regulator of pressure difference between a gas or a liquid flow as a check, check valve. The valve can also be used as an emergency valve, when the specified pressure is exceeded, directing the flow through the discharge pipe to the drain pipe. The valve can also be used as a metering valve capable of smoothly changing the flow rate or changing the flow rate in steps with a predetermined step depending on the pressure.
