Abstract
Предлагается способ получения алкилметакрилата, в частности метилметакрилата, в котором используют фермент монооксигеназу по Байеру-Виллигеру для превращения субстрата алкилизопропенилкетона в соответствующий алкилметакрилат посредством аномального асимметричного введения кислорода. Настоящее изобретение предлагает способ на основе биотехнологий получения важных промышленных мономеров, в частности для создания полимеров, таких как полиметилметакрилат.
