Abstract
Настоящее изобретение обеспечивает способ формирования групповой упаковки, включающий: а) обеспечение группы упаковок, индивидуально обернутых в пленочный материал; b) обеспечение упаковочной пленки для группового обертывания указанных индивидуально обернутых упаковок, при этом упаковочная пленка содержит полиолефиновый средний слой С, внутренний запечатывающий слой А на внутренней поверхности упаковочной пленки и полиолефиновый наружный запечатывающий слой В на наружной поверхности упаковочной пленки, при этом материал внутреннего запечатывающего слоя А выбирают для несовместимости запечатывания с пленочным материалом индивидуально обернутых упаковок в заданных условиях запечатывания и термоусадки, при этом полиолефиновый материал наружного запечатывающего слоя В выбирают для совместимости запечатывания с В и совместимости запечатывания с А в заданных условиях запечатывания, при этом слои А и В выполнены из одинакового или разных материалов и слой В содержит по меньшей мере один полиолефиновый полимер и компонент, усиливающий скольжение, составляющий менее 0,2 вес.% слоя силиконового и несиликонового материала в количестве, превышающем 0,1 вес.% слоя; с) расположение индивидуально обернутых упаковок в упорядоченной группы; d) расположение упаковочной пленки таким образом, что она, по меньшей мере частично, окружает, хотя необязательно контактирует с ней, упорядоченную группу индивидуально обернутых упаковок; и е) термоусаживание упаковочной пленки путем ее подвергания термоусаживающим условиям, вызывая усадку упаковочной пленки и плотное охватывание группы упаковок без приваривания к самим упаковкам.
