Abstract

Описана ингибирующая система бурового раствора на водной основе с полимером и способ применения такой системы при бурении и стабилизации стволов скважин для применения в водовосприимчивых пластах в качестве альтернативы буровым растворам на масляной основе или буровым растворам на водной основе, содержащим феррохромлигносульфонаты. Система содержит в качестве основы пресную воду или соленую воду, разжиженную или диспергирующую с помощью сульфированного акрилового сополимера со структурой гибридного/привитого лигносульфонатного мультиполимера, содержащего функциональные карбоксилатные и сульфонатные группы, с боковыми цепями из синтетического полимера, соединенными ковалентной связью с основным лигносульфонатным материалом, имеющего молекулярную массу в диапазоне приблизительно от 1000 до приблизительно 15000 и высокую плотность анионного заряда. Такая система эффективна и обладает стабильными реологическими свойствами в широком диапазоне pH, даже при pH 8,0, близком к нейтральному. Буровые жидкости не содержат тяжелых металлов и обладают реологической устойчивостью к примесям, таким как цемент, ангидрит и натрий, и температурам вплоть до приблизительно 400°F.
