Abstract

fluido de perfuração, método para conduzir uma operação de perfuração em uma formação subterrânea. um sistema de lama de polímero aquoso inibidor e um método usando o sitema em perfuração e em estabilização de furos de poço são revelados para uso em formações sensíveis à água como uma alternativa às lamas à base de água ou às lamas baseadas em óleo contendo lignossulfonatos de ferro-cromo. o sistema contém uma base de água salgada ou de água doce diluída ou dispersada com um copolímero acrílico sulfonado tendo uma estrutura multipolimérica de lignossulfonato exertada/híbrida contendo grupos funcionais carboxilato e sulfonato com cadeias laterais poliméricas sintéticas covalentemente ligadas em um material de lignossulfonato base, tendo um peso molecular dentro da faixa de cerca de 1.000 a cerca de 15.000, e tendo uma densidade de carga aniônica alta. este sistema é efetivo e tem reologia estável sobre uma ampla faixa de ph, mesmo em um ph próximo de neutro de 8,0. os fluidos de perfuração não contêm metais pesados e são reologicamente tolerantes aos contaminantes tais como cimento, anidrita e sódio e temperaturas tão altas quanto cerca de 204<198>c.
