Abstract

Стенд для испытания строительных конструкций на действие кратковременной динамической сжимающей нагрузки предназначен преимущественно для испытания бетонных образцов с продольным металлическим или композитным стержневым армированием на центральное, внецентренное и косое внецентренное сжатие при ударных нагрузках. Стенд содержит силовой пол, на котором жестко через опорное основание закреплены вертикальные направляющие с грузом. Для проведения испытаний на концы испытываемого образца надевают оголовки. В состав стенда входят два силоизмерителя. Один силоизмеритель жестко закреплен на опорной пластине, смонтированной на силовом полу, и на него через металлический шар и металлическую насадку опирается нижний оголовок испытываемого образца. Для установки и фиксации второго силоизмерителя на верхнем оголовке испытываемого образца с возможностью съема и замены жестко закреплена накладка, выполненная в виде металлической пластины с опорным кольцом под силоизмеритель. Опорное кольцо может быть расположено в центре металлической пластины накладки или смещено относительно ее центра. Сверху верхнего силоизмерителя установлена насадка-демпфер из двух скрепленных между собой металлических пластин, между которыми размещены демпфирующие прокладки из мягкого упругого материала. На нижней металлической пластине насадки-демпфера имеется опорное кольцо для размещения верхнего силоизмерителя. Снизу и сверху по обе стороны от испытываемого образца горизонтально расположены полые цилиндрические насадки, концы которых соединены неподвижно с соответствующими вертикальными направляющими.
