Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения полипропилена, имеющего молекулярную массу 450000-950000, молекулярно-массовое распределение 3-6, течение расплава 7-14 дг/мин, измеренное при нагрузке 21,6 кг при 230°С, или 0,05-2 дг/мин, измеренное при нагрузке 2,16 кг при 230°С, и содержание растворимых в ксилоле компонентов 2-6 мас.%, путем преобразования пропилена в полипропилен без предварительной полимеризации в присутствии катализатора полимеризации при условии, что объемное отношение Hк пропилену составляет не более чем 0,0020, при этом катализатор включает компонент катализатора и со-катализатор, где компонент катализатора получен способом, в котором соединение с формулой Mg(OAlk)Cl, где х больше чем 0 и меньше чем 2, у равен 2-х и каждый Alk независимо представляет собой алкильную группу, подвергают взаимодействию с тетраалкоксидом титана и/или спиртом в присутствии инертного диспергатора с получением промежуточного продукта реакции и в котором промежуточный продукт реакции взаимодействует с четыреххлористым титаном в присутствии внутреннего донора.
