Изобретение относится к области теплоэнергетики, а именно к способам сжигания твердого топлива и топочным устройствам с принудительным поддувом, и может найти применение при отоплении зданий и сооружений твердым топливом. Технической задачей изобретения является повышение эффективности сжигания твердого топлива за счет оптимизации процесса горения, при снижении зольности и токсичности утилизируемых топочных газов. Поставленная задача решается за счет того, что в способе сжигания твердого топлива воздух, необходимый для полного сжигания топлива, разделяют на два потока: первый и второй, причём и первый поток воздуха подают вместе с топливом сверху вниз в зону горения, где предварительно создают горящий слой, а второй поток воздуха подают непосредственно в зону горения, газовые остатки горения отводят в атмосферу через теплообменник, а твердые удаляют из-под зоны горения, в зоне горения создают избыточное давление. Устройство для сжигания твердого топлива содержит канал подачи твердого топлива, совмещенный с каналом принудительной подачи первого потока воздуха (кислородосодержащей смеси), в топку, состоящую из камеры сгорания с выведенным в зону горения каналом принудительной подачи второго потока воздуха и колосников, теплообменную камеру с теплообменником, сообщенную с дымоходной трубой, зольную камеру с золосборником.The invention relates to the field of power engineering, and in particular to methods of burning solid fuel and combustion devices with forced blowing, and may find application in the heating of buildings and structures with solid fuel. The problem is solved due to the fact that in the method of burning solid fuel, the air required for complete combustion of the fuel is divided into two streams: the first and second, and the first air stream is fed along with the fuel from top to bottom to the combustion zone, where the burning layer is first created and the second air stream is fed directly to the combustion zone, combustion gas residues are removed to the atmosphere through a heat exchanger, and solids are removed from under the combustion zone, and an overpressure is created in the combustion zone. A device for burning solid fuel contains a channel for supplying solid fuel combined with a channel for forcing the first air stream (oxygen-containing mixture) to a furnace consisting of a combustion chamber with a channel for forcing the second air stream and grates brought into the combustion zone, communicated with the chimney, ash chamber with ash collector.
