Abstract
Способ сжигания твердого топлива и устройство для его осуществления относятся к области теплоэнергетики, а именно к топочным устройствам с односторонним принудительным поддувом, и могут найти применение при отоплении зданий и сооружений, сжигании мусора, а также твердых горючих материалов в ТЭЦ и др. Способ сжигания твердого топлива включает подачу топлива и воздуха в зону горения, отведение топочных газов в атмосферу через теплообменник, а твердых остатков - в золосборник. В зоне горения предварительно создают горящий слой, топливо с воздухом подают сверху вниз, создают в камере сгорания избыточное давление, газообразные и твердые продукты горения удаляют из зоны горения через колосник в зольную камеру, затем газообразные продукты горения отводят в теплообменник. Устройство для сжигания твердого топлива содержит бункер для твердого топлива с устройством подачи топлива и воздуха в топку, топку, состоящую из камеры сгорания, теплообменную камеру с теплообменником, сообщенную с дымоходной трубой, зольной камеры с золосборником. Камера сгорания содержит каналы подачи топлива и воздуха в подовой части и колосник в донной части, камера сгорания размещена с кольцевым зазором в зольной камере, сообщающейся с теплообменной камерой. The combustion chamber contains channels for supplying fuel and air in the bottom part and a grate in the bottom part, the combustion chamber is placed with an annular gap in the ash chamber communicating with the heat exchange chamber. The technical result is to increase the efficiency of burning solid fuel while reducing the ash and toxicity of recyclable flue gases.
