Abstract

Изобретение относится к стеновой панели, состоящей из оцинкованной панели, защищенной панелями из нержавеющей стали на внешнем фасаде силосной башни. Целью изобретения является увеличение устойчивости фасадной системы материалом обшивки фасада в фасадных системах силосной башни, стойкости против ржавления и предохранение конструкции второго фасада силосной башни, упрощение периодического обслуживания и ремонтов за счет продления срока службы материала для обшивки. Изобретение также обеспечивает гигиенические условия за счет предотвращения соприкосновения хранящихся пищевых продуктов с оцинкованной панелью. Цель настоящего изобретения достигается за счет того, что нарезанные с соблюдением разных размеров панели из нержавеющей стали очень плотно прилегают к оцинкованной панели. Применяемые для этого панели из нержавеющей стали имеют толщину 0,01-2 мм и позволяют снизить общую сумму затрат по сравнению с применяемыми материалами.The invention relates to a wall panel consisting of a galvanized panel protected by stainless steel panels on the outer facade of a silo. The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the facade system with the facade cladding material in the facade systems of the silo, resistance to rusting and protection of the structure of the second facade of the silo, simplification of periodic maintenance and repairs by extending the service life of the cladding material. The invention also provides hygienic conditions by preventing the stored food from coming into contact with the galvanized panel. The object of the present invention is achieved in that the stainless steel panels cut to different sizes adhere very tightly to the galvanized panel. The stainless steel panels used for this have a thickness of 0.01-2 mm and can reduce the total cost in comparison with the materials used.
