Abstract
The tank/tanks is a totally new design that has not been used before in apartment buildings in Australia or elsewhere. The design has an internal Plastic membrane or liner supported on Flat sheets of steel and these are bolted to a support frame. The support frame is bolted to the concrete at the base or at the base and top of the tank or tanks. Some tanks can have a divider wall to make more than one tank out of the overall structure. This is a new Design in the states and as such the Design needs to be protected.
