Abstract
Заявляемые в качестве изобретения способ изготовления оптического защитного элемента и защитный элемент, изготовленный этим способом, относятся к области защиты ценных бумаг и документов от подделки, а также к области проверки их подлинности. В заявляемом способе сначала отражающий слой наносят по меньшей мере на один участок подложки; затем вводят дополнительную, технологическую подложку и на одну из поверхностей технологической подложки наносят слой полимерной композиции. После этого осуществляют структурирование по меньшей мере одного участка защитного слоя, нанесенного на поверхность технологической подложки, а затем полимерной композицией формируют хотя бы одно скрытое изображение на этой поверхности. После этого наносят оптически прозрачный клеевой состав на отражающий и/или защитный слой со скрытыми изображениями для соединения этих слоев между собой, после чего технологическую подложку удаляют с поверхности защитного слоя. Кроме того, в способе в качестве полимерной композиции используют полимеры из ряда: поликарбонат, полистирол, фторлак; отражающий слой представлен как слой металла, или как покрытие из металлических частиц, или как позолотную фольгу, или как голограмму. При этом располагают его таким образом, чтобы его металлосодержащая поверхность была расположена в контакте с клеевым составом. При этом защитный слой, размещенный на технологической подложке, структурируют механическим способом; в качестве технологической подложки используют подложку, выполненную из полиэтилентерефталата или полипропилена, а в качестве оптически прозрачного клеевого состава используют акрилаты. After that, an optically transparent adhesive composition is applied on the reflective and / or protective layer with latent images to connect these layers together, after which the technological substrate is removed from the surface of the protective layer. In addition, in the method as polymeric compositions use polymers from the series: polycarbonate, polystyrene, fluorlac; the reflective layer is represented as a metal layer, or as a coating of metal particles, or as gilding foil, or as a hologram. At the same time, it is positioned in such a way that its metal-containing surface is located in contact with the adhesive composition. In this case, the protective layer placed on the technological substrate is structured mechanically; a substrate made of polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene is used as a technological substrate, and acrylates are used as an optically transparent adhesive composition.
