Представлена система видеонаблюдения, содержащая множество видеокамер, множество устройств видеонаблюдения, множество локальных запоминающих устройств, подсистему передачи данных, по меньшей мере одно устройство сбора и трансляции видеоданных, по меньшей мере одно коллекторное запоминающее устройство и по меньшей мере одно интерфейсное устройство. Видеоданные из видеокамер сохраняют в локальных запоминающих устройствах и передают через подсистему передачи данных для сохранения в коллекторном запоминающем устройстве и трансляции пользователям.
