Abstract
Изобретение относится к системе печной корзины для печей окисления аммиака для промышленных установок с диаметрами печи 2-7 м в котле с естественной или принудительной циркуляцией, при этом система приспосабливается минимизировать утечку газа и минимизировать рифление поверхности среды, содержащейся в печной корзине, а также минимизировать потерю среды, содержащейся в печной корзине, при этом печная корзина снабжается стенкой (1), которая скреплена с печью окисления аммиака, и печная корзина снабжается газопроницаемой нижней плитой (2), расположенной поверх внутренних компонентов котла с естественной или принудительной циркуляцией, при этом стенка (1) и газопроницаемая нижняя плита (2) механически не соединяются, и стенка (1) печной корзины конически сужается в направлении к нижней плите под углом 5-20° к нормали, и круговой промежуток в диапазоне от 5 до 10 мм создается между стенкой (1) и газопроницаемой нижней плитой (2) при всех рабочих условиях печи окисления аммиака.
