Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу переработки латеритных (окисленных никелевых) руд, содержащих никель, кобальт и железо. Способ переработки включает получение ферроникелевого сырья (ферроникелевой крицы или никелистого чугуна) соответствующими способами и рафинирование ферроникелевого сырья в печи с боковым дутьем. При этом в печь с боковым дутьем подается кислородсодержащее дутье, уголь и флюсы. Кислородсодержащее дутье, уголь и флюсы подаются в количествах, необходимых для полного сгорания углерода и водорода, содержащихся в топливе; для полного расплавления образующихся в процессе металла и шлака; для удаления примесей (Si, Cr, С, S, Р) и железа в той степени, чтобы получающийся ферроникель отвечал по содержанию никеля и указанных примесей международным стандартам качества. Техническим результатом изобретения является получение товарного ферроникеля, отвечающего требованиям международных стандартов.The invention relates to a method for processing laterite (oxidized nickel) ores containing nickel, cobalt and iron. The processing method includes obtaining ferronickel raw materials (ferronickel nickel or nickel iron) by appropriate methods and refining ferronickel raw materials in a furnace with side blasting. In this case, an oxygen-containing blast, coal and fluxes are supplied to the side-blast furnace. Oxygen-containing blast, coal and fluxes are supplied in quantities necessary for the complete combustion of carbon and hydrogen contained in the fuel; for complete melting of the metal and slag formed in the process; to remove impurities (Si, Cr, C, S, P) and iron to the extent that the resulting ferronickel meets the international quality standards for nickel and these impurities. The technical result of the invention is to obtain a commodity ferronickel that meets the requirements of international standards.
