Abstract
Изобретение относится к теплотехнике, в частности к устройствам для сжигания топлива, предпочтительно твердого, и может быть использован в системах обогрева жилых, производственных помещений, горячего водоснабжения с предварительной циркуляцией теплоносителя. Технической задачей изобретения является упрощение устройства, повышение надежности работы жаронапряженных элементов и, как следствие, обеспечение безотказной работы всех элементов котла, которая достигается за счет того, что топка 3 снабжена цилиндрической горелкой 5 установленной под углом 3-5° к горизонтальной линии с выполненными отверстиями по окружной поверхности для подачи воздуха, размещенной в воздушной камере 8 с приводом от моторредуктора 15 посредством цепной передачи, при этом горелка 5 снабжена лопастным ворошителем 7 подачи угля, теплообменник котла выполнен в форме трехходовых газовых колодцев с размещенными в них турбуляторами 24 в форме спиралеобразных пластин, сообщаемых через верхнюю 25 и нижнюю 27 газовые камеры. Подобное выполненное устройство позволяет снизить выброс вредных веществ в атмосферу, обеспечивает надежность работы всех механизмов, малые физические и трудовые затраты во время эксплуатации.The invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to a device for burning fuel, preferably solid, and can be used in heating systems in residential, industrial premises, hot water supply with preliminary circulation of coolant. Such a device made allows to reduce the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere, ensures the reliability of all mechanisms, low physical and labor costs during operation.
