Abstract

Способ разделения дисперсной системы относится к технологическим системам, которые с использованием центробежной силы применяются для разделения дисперсных систем на составляющие, например нефтяной эмульсии на нефть и воду. В основу изобретения поставлена задача в известном способе обезвоживания дисперсных систем путем установления и регулирования сопротивления выходу жидкой составляющей смеси с большим удельным весом обеспечить технический результат - качественное разделение дисперсной системы по удельному весу на составляющие на установках упрощенной конструкции. Поставленная задача решается за счет того, что в способе разделения дисперсной системы, включающем подачу жидкой смеси на центрифугирование, разделение и регулирование отвода составляющих, регулирование отвода составляющих осуществляют установкой сопротивления выходу жидкой составляющей смеси с большим удельным весом, а управление регулировкой отвода проводят установленным количеством в центрифуге жидкой составляющей смеси с большим удельным весом.The method of separating a disperse system refers to technological systems that, using centrifugal force, are used to separate disperse systems into components, for example, an oil emulsion into oil and water.
