Изобретение относится к теплообменнику для отопительной установки или системы теплоснабжения в виде трубчатого теплообменника с закрытым резервуаром, в котором внутреннее пространство заполнено первой средой, которая подводит количества тепла, а вторая среда, которая отводит количества тепла, находится в трубчатом змеевике резервуара. Изобретение относится также к выполнению такого теплообменника с малой конструктивной высотой и высоким коэффициентом полезного действия, а также большой удельной мощностью.
