Abstract

Изобретение относится к производству строительных материалов, а именно к изготовлению неавтоклавных пенобетонов теплоизоляционного назначения. Задачей изобретения является изготовление сырьевой смеси для получения пенобетона с улучшенными технологическими свойствами: повышенной подвижностью, скоростью схватывания и твердения цементной пеномассы, позволяющими получать малоусадочный пенобетон низкой плотности с повышенной прочностью. Поставленная задача достигается за счет того, что сырьевая смесь для получения пенобетона, включающая портландцемент, микрокремнезем, порообразователь и воду, дополнительно содержит безводный цитрат натрия технический трехзамещенный при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: портландцемент - 90,5-91,4, микрокремнезем Аэросил А-300 - 1,0-2,0, порообразователь "УФАПОР" - 0,5-0,6, цитрат натрия технический трехзамещенный безводный - 6,0-8,0, вода В/Т - 0,6.The invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular to the manufacture of non-autoclaved foam concrete for thermal insulation purposes. The objective of the invention is the manufacture of the raw mix for the production of foam concrete with improved technological properties: increased mobility, setting speed and hardening of cement foam mass, allowing to obtain low-density low-density foam concrete with increased strength. The task is achieved due to the fact that the raw mix for the production of foam concrete, including Portland cement, silica fume, a pore-forming agent and water, additionally contains anhydrous sodium citrate technical tri-substituted in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement - 90.5-91.4, silica fume Aerosil A-300 - 1.0-2.0, pore-forming agent "UFAPOR" - 0.5-0.6, sodium citrate, technical tri-substituted anhydrous - 6.0-8.0, water B / T - 0.6.
