Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to laboratory diagnosis and can be used for the differential diagnosis of imbalance of the vaginal microflora. A vaginal swab is taken from the patient and the DNA concentration of all bacteria, the DNA concentration of the Gardnerella vaginalis bacterium, the DNA concentration of the Atopobium vaginae bacterium and the DNA concentration of Lactobacillus spp bacteria are determined in it. nucleic acid amplification method. Based on the data obtained, the ratios of the concentrations of concentrations are calculated: KC1 = lg [DNA Lac] - lg ([DNA Gv] + [DNA Av]), KC2 = lg [DNA You] - lg [DNA Lac] and KC3 = lg [DNA You ] - lg ([DNA Gv] + [DNA Av]). With lg [DNA of You] ≥5, KC1> 1 and KS2≤1 state the absence of bacterial vaginosis, with lg [DNA of You] ≥5, 0.5≤KS1≤1, KS2≤1 and KS3≤2 state the intermediate state of microflora, with lg [DNA of you] ≥5, KC1 <0.5 and KC3≤2 diagnose bacterial vaginosis, and with lg [DNA of You] <5, it is ascertained that the number of bacteria is not enough for analysis. In the absence of bacterial vaginosis and 5≤lg [DNA of you] <6, a decrease in the degree of bacterial contamination of the vagina is noted. Additionally, in a smear, the concentration of DNA Enterobacteriaceae, the DNA concentration of bacteria Staphylococcus spp. and DNA concentration of bacteria Streptococcus spp. nucleic acid amplification method. With lg [DNA of You] ≥6, ([DNA Ent] + [DNA of Staph] + [DNA Strep]) ≤ [DNA of Lac] and in the absence of bacterial vaginosis they conclude "no imbalance of the vaginal microflora was detected", with lg ([ Gv] + [DNA Av]) - lg ([DNA Ent] + [DNA Staph] + [DNA Strep]) ≤1 specify the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis as bacterial vaginosis in combination with an increased content of aerobic microflora, and with lg [DNA of You] ≥5, ([DNA Ent] + [DNA Staph] + [DNA Strep])> [DNA Lac], КС2> 1 and КС3> 2 state the prevalence of aerobic microflora. In the presence of a local inflammatory reaction in combination with an increased content or predominance of aerobic
