Abstract
Изобретение относится к области гелиотехники и теплоэнергетики, в частности к устройствам для горячего водоснабжения с использованием плоских солнечных коллекторов. Задачей изобретения является упрощение схемы установки, повышение эффективности использования солнечной энергии, автоматизация теплообменных процессов и выброса отработанной воды в канализацию, а также повышение экологических показателей системы. Для решения этой задачи в солнечной установке для горячего водоснабжения, содержащей плоские солнечные коллекторы (ПСК), бак горячей воды (БГВ), бак отработанной горячей воды (БОГВ), снабженный теплоизоляцией, тепловой насос (ТН), циркуляционный насос и теплообменник, БОГВ установлен в отдельном помещении или же в грунте на уровне выше канализационной линии (КЛ) и снабжен теплоизоляцией, который имеет один вход для поступления отработанной воды и два выхода, один их которых, выполненный в верхней части боковой стенки, с КЛ связан непосредственно, а другой выход, выполненный в днище БОГВ, - через управляемый вентиль (УВ). Внутри БГВ установлены теплообменник, который через циркуляционный насос связан с циркуляционной линией ПСК, и конденсатор ТН, испаритель которого установлен внутри БОГВ. Кроме того, БОГВ и БГВ снабжены термочувствительными элементами, связанными соответственно с первым и вторым термореле (ТР), которые по дифференциальной схеме подключены к входам блока автоматического управления (БАУ), питаемого от маломощного источника тока. Выходы БАУ соответственно связаны с УВ и с компрессором ТН. Вход БОГВ выполнен в нижней части его боковой стенки на уровне 1/5 части высоты, а испаритель ТН в горизонтальном положенииThe invention relates to the field of solar technology and power systems, in particular to devices for hot water using flat solar collectors. Inside the BGV, a heat exchanger is installed, which is connected to the circulating line of the PSK through a circulation pump, and a condenser, whose evaporator is installed inside the BOGV. In addition, BOGV and BGV are equipped with temperature-sensitive elements connected respectively to the first and second thermal switches (TR), which are connected by differential circuit to the inputs of the automatic control unit (BAU), powered by a low-power current source.
