Abstract
The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to the diagnosis of infectious animal diseases. The technical task of the method is the development of ELISA to improve the diagnosis of microsporic carnivorous, which is achieved by setting the reaction as an antigen to sensitize the tablet using the antigen of the fungus Microsporum canis No. 13, and the detection in the serum of cats and dogs of IgG class-specific antigens, the formation of which is characteristic of microsporia, is carried out using rabbit immunoglobulins labeled with an enzyme against specific anti-IgG. The ELISA results are shown by the chromogen and evaluated spectrophotometrically or visually. Samples of blood sera are considered positive, the average OD of which is not less than 2 times higher than the average OD of the negative control. Clinically, the percentage of detection of diseased animals was 30%, 74% in PMA, and 88% in the proposed ELISA. The antibody titers of immunized animals are 1: 100-1: 800, in sick cats - 1: 200-1: 6400, in sick dogs - 1: 800-1: 3200. The use of the proposed ELISA option will improve the quality of diagnostics of microsporia.
