Abstract

The composite product includes: (a) a polymer binder and a metal-containing material or (b) a polymer binder and a carbon-containing material. The method includes heating and mixing the components of the composite product and then converting the heated mixture into the form of the final product, the heating step being sufficient to melt at least a portion of the polymer binder to facilitate molding of the product.
