Городская структура, состоящая из подземных функциональных пространств (1), представляющих собой самостоятельные архитектурно-инженерные комплексы, соединенные сетью улиц (2) и инженерных инфраструктур городской территории, и школьные дворы/кампусы (3) образовательных учреждений (4), построенных ниже уровня пространства, свободного от застройки. Процесс их создания включает в себя определение функциональной активности и пространства, необходимого для территории, определение подходящих школьных дворов (3) для каждого функционального вида деятельности или комбинации этих видов, создание архитектурно-инженерных комплексов и их соединение с уличной сетью и инженерной инфраструктурой городской территории, равно как и создание информационной системы, соединенной с соответствующей административной единицей. Изобретение предлагает решение проблемы, связанной с обеспечением дополнительной используемой "земли" в уже городских территориях путем предоставления возможности её многофункционального и комбинированного использования, быстрого и легкого исполнения. Способ отличается простотой и универсальностью. The invention offers a solution to the problem of providing additional used "land" in already urban areas by providing the possibility of its multifunctional and combined use, quick and easy execution. The method is simple and versatile. In addition, future development can be accomplished without interfering with the planned and existing structures of the territories.
