Abstract

Установлено, что композиция, содержащая полиалюминий хлорид, поликарбоксилатный полимер и слабую кислоту, при нанесении на поверхность делает указанную поверхность гидрофильной, таким образом вызывая отталкивание мелких водяных капелек и эффект антизапотевания.The present invention relates to a composition and method for treating substrates, in particular hard surfaces, to give the substrate hydrophilicity and to impart anti-fog / de-icing properties to these surfaces.
