Abstract
Изобретение относится к теплообменнику газоводяного типа, сконфигурированному для соединения с горелкой для производства котлов бытового или промышленного применения. Теплообменник, по существу, состоит из теплообменной части (2), изготавливаемой из алюминия посредством литья под давлением, с двумя полуоболочками (2а и 2b), которые соединяются взаимно встречным образом и помещаются в корпус (3), изготавливаемый из пластмассы или алюминиевого материала, состоящий из двух половинок (3а и 3b), которые соединяются для помещения внутрь теплообменной части (2), образуя, таким образом, два посадочных места: одно место внутреннее для потока газообразных продуктов, а другое внешнее для потока воды, которая движется снизу вверх, проходя вокруг всей теплообменной части (2) комбинированным путем (частично параллельным и частично спиральным). Рассматриваемый теплообменник является теплообменником "перекрестного тока", то есть впускное отверстие со стороны воды сообщается с выпускным отверстием для газообразных продуктов теплообменника и обеспечивает высокую эффективность теплообмена.
