Abstract

Изобретение относится к буровой технике. Для получения технического результата - создания нового винтового забойного двигателя, обеспечивающего повышение КПД и ресурса работы двигателя, улучшающего показатели бурения, в винтовом забойном двигателе, включающем статор с внутренней винтовой поверхностью, размещенный внутри статора ротор с наружной винтовой поверхностью, систему уплотнения, шпиндельный узел, согласно изобретению в качестве системы уплотнения используется система, которая содержит контактное упругое многослойное уплотнительное средство, причем упругие ленты, образующие слои в уплотнительном средстве, имеют замкнутые кольцеобразные формы и подобны поверхности, к которой они прикреплены, количество слоев уплотнительного средства не более шести, в слоях в качестве уплотнительных сред используются отдельно газ и/или жидкость, система уплотнения содержит узел разделения потоков бурового раствора, электрогенерирующую турбину, насосный узел для бурового раствора, узлы регулирования направления движения уплотнительной среды и бурового раствора, смеситель бурового раствора, систему автоматического управления, а также, в соответствие с применяемыми уплотнительными средами, резервуар-стабилизатор с газом, компрессор, теплообменник для охлаждения газа и/или резервуар-стабилизатор с жидкостью, насос, теплообменник для охлаждения жидкости.
