Abstract
Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, а именно к устройствам, обеспечивающим линейное перемещение обрабатывающего инструмента относительно обрабатываемого изделия, и способам управления его тяговым усилием при использовании в высокоточном технологическом оборудовании, например, при резке пластин алмазным дисковым инструментом в условиях серийного и массового производства. Техническим результатом предлагаемого решения является снижение (без применения высокоточных датчиков положения ротора относительно статора, имеющих высокую разрешающую способность и соответствующих им устройств контроля и управления) колебаний номинального тягового усилия модуля перемещения координатного устройства при одновременном повышении энергоэффективности за счет потерь мощности при обработке с номинальными тяговыми усилиями пластин из твердых материалов типа сапфира и на основе этого повышение качества обрабатываемых поверхностей путем уменьшения поверхностных сколов. Достижение технического результата обеспечивается предварительной фиксацией колебаний тягового усилия, обусловленного конструктивными особенностями используемого в модуле перемещения координатного устройства двухфазного линейного электродвигателя, введением в его состав блока дополнительного независимого от основного тягового усилия и электронной схемы, позволяющей дополнительным тяговым усилием компенсировать колебания основного тягового усилия. Это позволяет снизить до требуемого для обеспечения регламентированного требованиями к качеству резки алмазным кругом уровня колебаний тягового усилия, создаваемогоThe invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to devices that provide linear movement of the processing tool relative to the workpiece, and methods of controlling its tractive effort when used in high-precision technological equipment, for example, when cutting plates with a diamond disk tool in serial and mass production. The technical result of the proposed solution is to reduce (without the use of high-precision rotor position sensors relative to the stator, having high resolution and corresponding monitoring and control devices) fluctuations in the nominal tractive effort of the coordinate device movement module while increasing energy efficiency due to power losses during processing with nominal tractive forces plates made of hard materials such as sapphire and, on the basis of this, improving the quality of the processed surfaces by reducing surface chips. Achievement of the technical result is ensured by preliminary fixation of the traction force fluctuations, due to the design features of the two-phase linear electric motor used in the coordinate device movement module, by introducing an additional block independent of the main traction force and an electronic circuit into its composition, which allows additional traction force to compensate for the fluctuations of the main traction force.
