Abstract

Состав получения чайного напитка включает купажирование черного листового чая (60 мас.%) воздушно-сухим растительным сырьем (40 мас.%), состоящим из соцветий таволги вязолистной и травы пятилистника кустарникового в равных весовых соотношениях. Сырье купажируют в купажном барабане, частота оборотов и время купажа зависят от плотности и гомогенности компонентов растительного сырья и характеристик используемого купажного барабана. Хранение полученного продукта в промышленных условиях производится в бумажной чайной упаковке, в домашних условиях - в негерметичной керамической или глиняной посуде в сухом месте. Чайный напиток заваривают непосредственно перед употреблением. Необходимое количество (в зависимости от желаемого уровня вкусовой насыщенности) чайного напитка заливается кипятком и настаивается в течение 5-10 мин. Продукт может употребляться как в горячем, так и в холодном виде.
