Изобретение относится к устройству и способу блокирования выхода текучей среды под давлением из подводной скважины, более точно, блокирования выхода сырой нефти и/или природного газа с целью осуществления операции закрытия скважины. Изобретение, в частности, относится к устройству и способу быстрого прекращения фонтанирования и закрытия скважины в случае аварии и/или отказа устройств аварийной остановки подводной скважины, таких как системы "противовыбросовых превенторов" (ПВП), с целью уменьшения ущерба для окружающей среды и экономических потерь вследствие выхода текучей среды из скважины.
