Abstract
В мембранном биореакторе (МБР) (10) использованы способ и устройство для дозирования химического реагента, увеличивающего поток (ХУП), в ответ на временные периоды работы, которые вызывают или вероятно могут вызвать засорение мембраны. Предусмотрено дозирующее ХУП устройство (32), связанное с каналом (20), разделяющим технологическую емкость (12) и мембранную фильтрующую систему (14) МБР. Смеситель (36) в канале (20) быстро смешивает дозированный ХУП с иловой смесью (18), протекающей в мембранный резервуар. Дозирующее устройство (32) соединено с сенсорами (40, 42), регистрирующими условия в канале или мембранной фильтрующей системе (14) или в них обоих. ХУП добавляют к иловой смеси (18), протекающей в мембранной фильтрующей системе (14), с учетом условий в иловой смеси (18), протекающей в мембранный узел, или рабочих параметров мембраны, или обеих этих характеристик. Дозирование ХУП может происходить в диапазоне от 0,05 до 10 мг/г взвешенных веществ иловой смеси. Способ может включать стадии инициирования дозирования, регулирования дозируемой концентрации и завершения дозирования.
