Abstract

Способ энергетической оптимизации при эксплуатации нескольких центробежных насосов с регулированием частоты вращения в одной гидравлической установке начинается сначала с того, что определяется, какие насосы в качестве пилотных насосов непосредственно согласованы с потребителем, и какие насосы гидравлически включены впереди этих пилотных насосов. После этого составляются один или несколько контуров энергетической оптимизации, каждый из которых состоит из одного или нескольких пилотных насосов и одного или нескольких включенных впереди насосов, которые осуществляют нагнетание в пилотные насосы, причем эти контуры энергетической оптимизации выбираются так, что каждый из включенных впереди насосов всегда предусмотрен только для одного контура энергетической оптимизации, после чего контуры энергетической оптимизации энергетически оптимизируются в отношении насосов.
