Abstract
Изобретение относится к теплоэнергетике и может быть использовано в системе автономного теплоснабжения с естественной или принудительной циркуляцией теплоносителя при сжигании твердого, жидкого и газообразного топлива. Технической задачей изобретения является повышение КПД (коэффициента полезного действия) печи, надежности работы, снижения расхода топлива на единицу площади обогрева и высокотехнологичности обслуживания, которая достигается за счет того, что теплообменная камера (5, 6) выполнена в виде двух П-образных секций с горизонтальным расположением водонагревательных труб (16), при этом верхняя часть (18) теплообменной камеры выполнена в форме неравностороннего четырехугольника, на большей стороне которого размещен кран (32) для сбора воздуха из системы отопления с предохранительным клапаном и воздуховодом (19) для подачи свежего воздуха в дожигатель (20). Подобное выполнение печи позволяет максимально использовать энергию продуктов горения, надежность в работе и высокотехнологичность обслуживания при техническом уходе и ремонте системы теплоснабжения.The invention relates to a power system and can be used in the autonomous heating system with natural or forced circulation of the coolant when burning solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. Such an implementation of the furnace allows the maximum use of the energy of combustion products, operational reliability and high-tech maintenance during maintenance and repair of the heating system.
