Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medicine, specifically to dressings for the treatment of purulent and infected wounds, trophic ulcers and for the prevention of suppuration of infected wounds. The technical result of the invention is achieved in an aseptic dressing made of fibrous materials (for example, gauze, bandage, cotton fiber; cotton cellulose, synthetic cellulose), characterized in that the fibers of the base material are coated with a uniform amorphous silver film with a thickness of 10-100 nm. plasma spraying when sputtering a silver target using ion bombardment under ultrahigh vacuum conditions. At the same time, the presence of a thin film of silver, an insulating fiber of the base, makes it easy to separate the dressing from the wound after use, and, consequently, less painful separation process.
