Способ включает разложение фосфатного сырья с соотношением PO:MgO=14-53 фосфорной и серной кислотами при соотношении содержаний в жидкой фазе пульпы PO:SO=10-25 и кратности циркуляции пульпы в зоне разложения 10-85 с кристаллизацией дигидрата сульфата кальция, охлаждение 30-100% циркулируемой пульпы воздухом в режиме пенного слоя при градиенте температур между охлажденной и подаваемой на охлаждение пульпой 0,5-4,0°С, отделение продукционной кислоты от осадка сульфата кальция фильтрацией. По этому способу полученные на стадии фильтрации осадок дигидрата сульфата кальция и фосфорную кислоту после отделения продукционной кислоты смешивают с серной кислотой концентрацией 92-98% HSOв количестве 25-40% от общего объема серной кислоты, подаваемой на разложение фосфатного сырья, проводят перекристаллизацию дигидрата сульфата кальция в полугидрат при температуре 85-95°С и соотношении в жидкой фазе пульпы РО:SO=(2,3-4,6)/1 в течение 0,5-2,0 ч, полученную полугидратную пульпу разделяют методом фильтрации с водной промывкой осадка α-полугидрата сульфата кальция в режиме противотока и возвратом оборотной фосфорной кислоты на стадию разложения фосфатного сырья, а отмытый осадок α-полугидрата сульфата кальция подвергают сушке, доизмельчению и используют в качестве гипсового вяжущего.The invention relates to methods for producing phosphoric acid (EPA) through sulfuric acid decomposition of phosphate raw materials, specifically Karatau phosphate.
