Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине и фармакологии, а именно к содержащим антибиотик леворин лекарственным средствам, обладающим химиотерапевтической активностью против возбудителей вирусных, стафилококковых и грибковых инфекций, а также к веществам, обладающим противоожоговыми свойствами, как in vitro, так и in vivo, косметическим и гигиеническим действием. Поставленная задача достигается тем, что лекарственное средство, обладающее антивирусным, антибактериальным, антигрибковым, противоожоговым действием на основе леворина, содержащего диметилсульфоксид, согласно изобретению, дополнительно включает цитраль, а в качестве леворина содержит леворин Aпри следующем соотношениии компонентов, мас.%: леворин А- 0,001-5; цитраль - 0,1-50; диметилсульфоксид - остальное. Задачей изобретения также является создание способа получения лекарственного средства, обладающего антивирусным, антибактериальным, антигрибковым, противоожоговым, косметическим и гигиеническим действием. Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в качестве леворина берут леворин A, который растворяют в цитрале с последующим добавлением раствора диметилсульфоксида и дополнительно вводят в смесь по меньшей мере еще один компонент, такой как фармацевтически приемлемое активное вещество и/или ароматизатор, и/или краситель, и/или загуститель при следующем соотношении, мас.%: лекарственное средство - 5,0-50, дополнительно фармацевтически приемлемые компоненты - остальное.The invention relates to medicine and pharmacology, namely to drugs containing antibiotic levorin, having chemotherapeutic activity against pathogens of viral, staphylococcal and fungal infections, as well as to substances having anti-burn properties, both in vitro and in vivo, cosmetic and hygienic action . The task is achieved by the fact that the drug has antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-burn action on the basis of levorin containing dimethyl sulfoxide, according to the invention, additionally includes citral, and as levorin contains levorin A with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Levorin A- 0.001-5; citral - 0.1-50; dimethyl sulfoxide - the rest. The invention is also the creation of a method of obtaining drugs with antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, antiburn, cosmetic and hygienic action. The task is achieved by taking levorin A as levorin, which is dissolved in citral followed by the addition of a solution of dimethyl sulfoxide and additionally inject at least one more component into the mixture, such as pharmaceutically acceptable active substance and / or flavoring, and / or dye, and / or thickener in the following ratio, wt.%: drug - 5.0-50, additionally pharmaceutically acceptable components - the rest.
