Abstract
Задачей изобретения является повышение экономичности двигателя внутреннего сгорания и снижение токсичности отработавших газов при работе двигателя на холостом ходу и частичных нагрузках, близких к холостому ходу. Указанная техническая задача решается тем, что, в четырехтактных двигателях, оборудованных электронной системой питания с впрыскиванием легкого топлива, при работе двигателя на холостом ходу и частичных нагрузках, близких к холостому ходу, впрыск топлива производится не каждый раз при наполнении цилиндра свежим воздухом, а с пропуском каждого второго всасывания рабочего заряда, например по четным рабочим циклам, при этом подача топлива по нечетным рабочим циклам полностью исключается, вследствие чего один рабочий цикл осуществляется за четыре оборота коленчатого вала по восьмитактному принципу работы. Электронный блок управления подачей топлива включает две независимые системы управления питанием двигателя: 1 - главная система управления питанием осуществляет электронное управление форсунками подачи топлива по четным рабочим циклам и углом опережения зажигания для всех рабочих циклов; 2 - отключаемая электронная система управления подачей топлива осуществляет подачу топлива по нечетным рабочим циклам. Отключение и включение электронной системы управления подачей топлива по нечетным циклам осуществляется автоматически, причем система подачи топлива отключается при достижении разряжения вблизи впускных клапанов в пределах 0,03-0,06 МПа, а включается при полном открытии дроссельной заслонки.The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the internal combustion engine and reduce the toxicity of exhaust gases when the engine is idling and partial loads close to idling. This technical problem is solved by the fact that, in four-stroke engines equipped with an electronic power supply system with light fuel injection, when the engine is idling and partial loads close to idle, fuel is not injected every time when the cylinder is filled with fresh air, but with each second suction of a working charge, for example, on even working cycles, at the same time fuel supply on odd working cycles is completely excluded, as a result of which one working cycle is carried out and four turns of the crankshaft on the basis of the principle of operation. The electronic fuel supply control unit includes two independent engine power management systems: 1 — the main power management system electronically controls the fuel injectors for even running cycles and the ignition timing for all operating cycles; 2 - switchable electronic fuel management system provides fuel for odd duty cycles. Shutting down and turning on the electronic system for controlling the fuel supply in odd cycles is performed automatically, and the fuel supply system is turned off when the vacuum is reached near the intake valves within 0.03-0.06 MPa, and it turns on when the throttle valve is fully opened.
