Изобретение относится к технике электросвязи цифровой связи и может найти применение на железнодорожном транспорте для организации оперативно-технологической связи работников, организующих движение поездов. Технический результат заключается в оптимизации канальных ресурсов первичных сетей оперативно-технологической связи за счет формирования кольца нижнего уровня, функции обходного направления которого выполняет часть кольца верхнего уровня. Система включает двухуровневую кольцевую архитектуру сети на базе колец нижнего и верхнего уровней. В основное направление кольца верхнего уровня включена распорядительная станция с пультами управления. На каждом участке оперативно-технологической связи в пунктах кольца нижнего уровня установлены мостовая станция и исполнительные станции с пультами управления. Исполнительные и мостовая станции последовательно включены в основное направление кольца нижнего уровня, для формирования обходного направления которого станции, установленные в крайних пунктах кольца, через соответствующие шлюзы подключены к сети с коммутацией пакетов. В основное направление кольца верхнего уровня последовательно включены мостовые станции, а для формирования обходного направления кольца верхнего уровня основное его направление через другие соответствующие шлюзы подключено к сети с коммутацией пакетов.The invention relates to a technique of telecommunications digital communication and can be used on railway transport for the organization of operational and technological communication of workers organizing the movement of trains. The technical result consists in optimizing the channel resources of the primary networks of operational and technological communication due to the formation of a lower-level ring, the bypassing function of which is performed by part of the upper-level ring. The system includes a two-level ring network architecture based on rings of the lower and upper levels. An administrative station with control panels is included in the main direction of the top-level ring. At each site of operational and technological communication, a bridge station and executive stations with control panels are installed in the points of the lower level ring. Executive and bridge stations are sequentially included in the main direction of the lower-level ring, in order to form the bypass direction of which the stations installed in the outermost points of the ring are connected to the packet-switched network through appropriate gateways. In the main direction of the upper level ring, bridge stations are connected in series, and to form a bypass direction of the upper level ring, its main direction is connected to a packet-switched network through other gateways.
