Abstract
Способ каталитического первичного риформинга углеводородов с водяным паром при повышенном давлении с помощью реактора по п.1, имеющего систему крекинговых труб и нагревательную камеру, причем в системе крекинговых труб, которая заполнена каталитическим материалом, подвергаемые риформингу углеводороды с помощью водяного пара преобразуют в синтез-газ, причем систему крекинговых труб нагревают с помощью отопительных устройств, которые соответственно расположены между крекинговыми трубами и которые состоят из расположенных в ряд горелок, причем горелки могут создавать направленные, по существу, вниз факелы, соответствующие отопительные устройства снабжают газом для обогрева и воздухом, причем воздух отводят из подводов, и образовавшийся дымовой газ протекает через нагревательную камеру сверху вниз и в нижней зоне нагревательной камеры поступает в размещенные, по существу, горизонтально, проходящие параллельно друг другу и перпендикулярно вертикальным крекинговым трубам, и соответственно предназначенные для одного отопительного устройства туннели для дымового газа из керамического материала через отверстия в боковых стенках туннелей для дымового газа, и дымовой газ на выходе из нагревательной камеры направляют в устройства, которые предназначены для рекуперации тепла, в торцевую сторону каждого отдельного туннеля для дымового газа в направлении течения выводимого дымового газа с помощью подводящих устройств подают предварительно подогретый дополнительный газ, который содержит как кислород, так и негорючий газ, так что подводимый в туннель для дымового газа дополнительный газ протекает через туннель
