Abstract
Изобретение относится к плазмохимической металлургии, в частности к устройствам для плазменной обработки порошкового металлосодержащего сырья, прямого восстановления металлов, получения ультрадисперсных порошков металлов и их соединений. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что по оси плавильной камеры устанавливаются полые цилиндрические катод и анод, при этом катод установлен в верхней крышке и является одновременно выходным соплом СВЧ разрядной камеры. Созданный в СВЧ разрядной камере плазменный поток через катод направляется в анод и создает условия для возникновения постоянного электрического тока между катодом и анодом. Конструктивные особенности позволяют реализовать различные схемы подключения постоянного электрического напряжения к аноду и катоду. Исходный продукт вводится через СВЧ разрядную камеру, сбор продукта производится через днище плавильной камеры. Технический результат заключается в устранении ограничений на величину вводимой в плазменную печь электрической энергии и увеличении эффективности переработки сырья.
