Abstract
Способ и система для управления процессом бурения, содержащая множество контроллеров, выполненная с возможностью управления параметрами процесса выполнения на основе управляющих воздействий бурильщика, поступающих от бурильщика, который выдает их как команды в упомянутые контроллеры, причем эта система также содержит датчики и средство для получения значений процесса, например давления в забое скважины, температуры и вращающего момента, причем эта система выполнена с возможностью непрерывного и/или многократного вычисления диапазонов интервала безопасности для параметров процесса выполнения на основе значений процесса и моделей процесса бурения, и она выполнена с возможностью подавления применения упомянутыми контроллерами параметров процесса выполнения, которые находятся за пределами упомянутых диапазонов интервала безопасности в результате команд бурильщика, и способ и система для автоматического запуска исправляющего действия в случае обнаружения или существования критической ситуации, содержащие вычисление границ параметра процесса, которые представляют критическое условие для скважины, с использованием откалиброванных моделей процесса бурения, содержащие (i) запуск действия при аварийной ситуации, если параметр выходит за пределы упомянутых границ, причем упомянутое действие при аварийной ситуации предназначено для минимизации воздействия упомянутой критической ситуации, (ii) последующий дополнительный анализ скважины для определения того, какое исправляющее действие после этого должно быть применено, причем это исправляющее действие предназначено для устранения причины
