Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к применению трегалазы для получения устойчивости к засухе у растений. Более конкретно, оно относится к генетически модифицированным конструкциям, трансформированным растениям, и полученной в результате сверхэкспрессии трегалазы, при этом трансформированные растения демонстрируют значительно более высокую устойчивость к засухе во время периода засухи и лучше восстанавливаются при возобновлении полива после периода засухи.
