Изобретение относится к ветеринарной медицине, в частности к препаратам, предназначенным для профилактики и лечения заболеваний, вызванных грамположительными и грамотрицательными микроорганизмами, простейшими, например возбудителями сальмонеллеза, колибактериоза, пастереллеза, микоплазмоза и других заболеваний. Противомикробная композиция содержит триметоприм, и/или по меньшей мере один фторхинолон, или по меньшей мере одну фармацевтически приемлемую соль фторхинолона, по меньшей мере одну органическую кислоту, вспомогательные вещества и фармацевтически приемлемый растворитель, при этом дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один макролидный антибиотик или по меньшей мере одну фармацевтически приемлемую соль макролидного антибиотика. Таким образом, заявляемое изобретение представляет собой противомикробную композицию, которая благодаря своему качественному и количественному составу обладает высокой терапевтической эффективностью при лечении смешанных инфекционных заболеваний. Также применение композиции по данному изобретению обеспечивает большую эффективность, простоту обработки субъектов, подвергающихся лечению, является экономически целесообразным и безопасным за счет снижения вероятности побочного эффекта компонентов композиции.The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to drugs intended for the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, protozoa, such as pathogens of salmonellosis, colibacteriosis, pasteurellosis, mycoplasmosis and other diseases. The antimicrobial composition contains trimethoprim, and / or at least one fluoroquinolone, or at least one pharmaceutically acceptable fluoroquinolone salt, at least one organic acid, excipients and a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent, and additionally contains at least one macrolide antibiotic or at least one pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a macrolide antibiotic. Thus, the claimed invention is an antimicrobial composition, which due to its qualitative and quantitative composition has a high therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of mixed infectious diseases. Also, the use of the composition according to this invention provides greater efficiency, ease of treatment of subjects undergoing treatment, is economically feasible and safe by reducing the likelihood of side effects of the components of the composition.
