Abstract
The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to obtain porous biologically active coatings on metal and ceramic implants. The invention is directed to the production of biologically active hydrophilic coatings on metal and ceramic implants. This technical result is achieved by the use of polyvinylidene fluoride powder dissolved in a mixture of acetone and butyl acetate in a method for producing a biologically active coating on implants made of metal and ceramic materials, a mixture of hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate powders processed in a ball mill in the presence of butyl acetate is used. A solution of polyvinylidene fluoride in a mixed solvent and a dispersion of a mixture of hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate powders are homogenized in a ball mill and applied by pneumatic spraying on rough implants heated to a temperature not exceeding 90 ° C. The coating is formed in a chamber furnace at a temperature of at least 180 ° C. Then the coating is modified by applying a layer of calcium phosphate in an argon atmosphere for no more than 1 hour by means of high-frequency magnetron sputtering of a target made of hydroxyapatite.
