Abstract

Для снятия стрессов, отказа от курения и лечения заболеваний используется маматропное дыхание, т.е. дыхание подобное, дыханию младенца при грудном питании. Простым изменением положения языка во рту можно добиться физиологического замедления дыхания и релаксации, которые позволяют облегчить состояние больного, и добиться ремиссии болезни, например бронхиальной астмы. Метод позволяет легко достичь повышения мозговой активности и релаксации без вредного посредника в виде сигарет. Методика применения маматропного дыхания иллюстрируется на примере истории болезни автора. Метод можно применять самостоятельно для отказа от курения, снятия стрессов, тревоги, утомления, приступов бронхиальной астмы у детей и взрослых, болей, лечения бронхитов, избыточного веса, аллергии, гипертонии и других заболеваний, а также в комплексной терапии под руководством лечащего врача или инструктора по дыхательной гимнастике.To relieve stress, quit smoking and cure diseases, mammatrophic breathing is used, i.e. breathing is like, breathing baby with breast feeding.
