Abstract
Изобретение относится к технологии оценки качества жидких смазочных материалов. Техническим результатом изобретения является снижение трудоёмкости оценки работоспособности смазочных масел. Это достигается тем, что в способе определения работоспособности смазочных масел отбирают пробы отработавших масел, делят на две части, первую часть подвергают фотометрированию, определяют коэффициент поглощения светового потока, вторую часть пробы постоянной массы подвергают термостатированию с перемешиванием при температуре, соответствующей назначению масла, в течение постоянного времени, фотометрируют, определяют коэффициент поглощения светового потока, строят две графические зависимости распределения количества проб от выбранных интервалов значений коэффициентов поглощения светового потока, по точке пересечения двух кривых зависимостей определяют предельное значение коэффициента поглощения светового потока и по его величине определяют работоспособность смазочного масла, если значение коэффициента поглощения светового потока меньше предельного значения, то масло работоспособно, а если больше предельного значения коэффициента поглощения светового потока, то неработоспособно.The invention relates to a technology for assessing the quality of liquid lubricants.
