Abstract
Способ переработки флотоконцентрата шлама электролиза меди, содержащего благородные металлы, относится к металлургии благородных металлов и может быть использовано для переработки флотоконцентрата шлама меди с целью извлечения благородных (Ag, Au) и платиновых (Pt, Pd) металлов, а также халькогенов (Se, Те). Обработку флотоконцентрата шлама электролиза меди ведут с солевой смесью NaNO-NaOH в течение 30-60 мин, полученный продукт растворяют в воде в условиях перемешивания (200-250 об/мин) и пульпу откачивают на нутч-фильтр, а металлическую дисперсную фазу, содержащую Ag, Au, Pt и Pd, подают на аффинаж. В результате существенно упрощается решение задачи разделения серебра, золота и платиновых металлов, снижаются потери серебра и золота с водными растворами и уменьшаются энерго- и трудозатраты.The method of processing a flotation concentrate of copper electrolysis sludge containing noble metals refers to the metallurgy of noble metals and can be used for processing a flotation concentrate of copper sludge in order to extract noble (Ag, Au) and platinum (Pt, Pd) metals, as well as chalcogenes (Se, Te ). As a result, the solution to the problem of separating silver, gold and platinum metals is greatly simplified, the loss of silver and gold with aqueous solutions is reduced, and energy and labor costs are reduced.
