Изобретение относится к области получения синтез газа из углеродсодержащего сырья, например угля, торфа, отходов сельскохозяйственной промышленности, и может быть использовано в энергетике и химической промышленности. Предложен способ получения синтез-газа путем ведения процесса в блоке из пары газификаторов, состоящем из цилиндрических аппаратов шахтного типа, включающий загрузку твёрдого углеродсодержащего сырья в газификаторы, последовательную подачу в каждый из них газифицирующего агента и розжиг сырья со стороны противоположной подаче газифицирующего агента, при одновременном отслеживании движения фронта горения. Первоначально процесс ведут в одном из аппаратов, в процессе розжига в него подают газифицирующий агент в количестве 100-350 м/(м×ч), а после прохождения фронтом горения более 2/3 высоты аппарата удельный расход газифицирующего агента увеличивают в 1,5-2 раза. Затем ведут процесс одновременно в обоих аппаратах путём розжига сырья во втором аппарате при увеличении в нём расхода газифицирующего агента с одновременным уменьшением расхода газифицирующего агента в первом аппарате. Использование изобретения позволяет повысить удельную теплоту сгорания газа при полной газификации различного рода сырья по упрощённой технологической схеме, увеличить на 15-30% количество полезной тепловой энергии передаваемой потребителям.The invention relates to the field of obtaining synthesis of gas from carbon-containing raw materials, such as coal, peat, agricultural waste, and can be used in energy and chemical industries. Initially, the process is carried out in one of the apparatuses, during the ignition process, a gasifying agent in the amount of 100-350 m / (m × h) is fed into it, and after the combustion front passes more than 2/3 of the apparatus height, the specific consumption of the gasifying agent is increased by 1.5- 2 times. Then, the process is conducted simultaneously in both apparatuses by igniting the raw materials in the second apparatus with an increase in the consumption of a gasifying agent in it, while simultaneously reducing the consumption of a gasifying agent in the first apparatus. The use of the invention allows to increase the specific heat of gas combustion with complete gasification of various kinds of raw materials according to the simplified technological scheme, to increase by 15-30% the amount of useful heat energy transmitted to consumers.
