Abstract

Изобретение относится к области скобяных изделий и касается запорно-пломбировочных устройств с гибким замыкающим элементом, например стальным канатом. Устройство содержит отрезок каната 1, который при запирании пропускается через входное 4 и выходное 5 отверстия с образованием петли и фиксируется посредством механизма запирания 7, и средство предотвращения несанкционированного доступа внутрь корпуса, выполненное в виде шайбы 18 с профильным отверстием 19. Согласно изобретению шайба размещена в полости 20, выполненной в верхней крышке 13 и установлена на опоре, выполненной в виде пластины 21, снабженной центральным отверстием 22 для прохода свободного конца 3 отрезка каната, закрепленной совместно с верхней крышкой 13 в корпусе 9. Причем шайба 18 выполнена из материала, обеспечивающего возможность выполнения профильного отверстия 19, соответствующего профилю сечения отрезка каната 1, при протягивании технологического отрезка каната 23 через устройство в собранном виде. При этом его профиль идентичен профилю сечения используемого отрезка каната 1, а диаметр "Д", по меньшей мере, равен последнему, причем оба его конца снабжены заходной частью 24. При этом диаметр отверстия в шайбе 18 перед протягиванием выбран из расчета, равным, по меньшей мере, диаметру впадин "Д1", образованных прядями 25 каната. Кроме того, устройство снабжено дренажной системой для отвода жидкости из полости 8 корпуса, выполненной в виде дренажного отверстия 26, расположенного в нижней части втулки 16. In addition, the device is equipped with a drainage system to drain fluid from the cavity 8 of the housing, made in the form of a drainage hole 26 located in the lower part of the sleeve 16.
